The security of your tokens is of paramount importance for us, and we've partnered with Fireblocks to keep them safe. With Fireblocks MPC (Multi-Party Computation) wallet infrastructure, we are able to manage all the social tokens in Roll wallets in a more secure way. Due to this security integration, we rely on Fireblocks to add new tokens to their system. We cannot process withdrawals until Fireblocks supports them. New tokens are available to withdraw from Roll immediately after Fireblocks has added them. This process takes approximately a week after a token has been minted.
Our support team will email you as soon as your token is processed by Fireblocks. After that, you can withdraw your tokens at any time.
