Why I am I not receiving emails from Roll?

Good question! There are a few things you can do to make sure you’re receiving e-mails from Roll.  

  • Check your junk or spam folder to make sure our e-mails didn’t end up there. 
  • For gmail users, make sure to check your spam and promotion tabs as well.  
  • Add our e-mail address (support@tryroll.com) to your address book to make sure our e-mails never get lost
